Global page likes represent the total number of likes a page has received across all regional divisions of the brand. For example, global page likes for Nike is the sum of Nike North America, Nike Europe, Nike Australia, etc. This is the value you will see in the native Facebook platform.
Regional page likes represent the number of likes a single regional division of a brand has received. Nike Europe and Nike Australia will have different regional page like values.
You can see the global page likes for a regional page, but that value will always represent the value of the global parent. Global page likes for Nike Europe and Nike Australia will both match the value for the Nike global page.
Since regional page likes is not publicly available data, you must have a regional page authenticated in TrackMaven in order to measure the regional page likes for that regional page. Then, instead of reporting on Facebook Page Likes, you can use Facebook Regional Page Likes as your metric of choice in reports.
