This data is pulled in real time as a real-time live call to Facebook’s API. By default, data at the bottom of an ad or ad campaign content card or in the flyout will be respective of the ad or ad campaign across all platforms where it was placed (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and/or Audience Network). You can drill down into an individual platform by clicking the appropriate tab at the top of the flyout.
Comparing an ad or ad campaign between TrackMaven and your Ads Manager should yield a 1:1 match. Summing the totals from the four platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and/or Audience Network) should yield the totals from the All Platforms tab in TrackMaven. If you’re seeing a difference, make sure you are comparing the same ad or ad campaign between TrackMaven and Facebook Ads Manager!
