Check the following areas if your ad campaign is not appearing.
- On the Integration Settings page, confirm that the ad account and the page that you ran the ad campaign for are both authenticated in TrackMaven (TrackMaven cannot detect ads from non-authenticated accounts).
A disconnected page or ad account appears grayed out in your Integration Settings.
- Check the timeframe you have selected. Ads are time stamped with their original publication/first delivery date, and campaigns are time stamped with the duration of the campaign as a whole, so be sure your timeframe encompasses the appropriate time-stamped date.
- From time to time Facebook and Twitter change the criteria for detection, or the fields associated with certain ad types, which could possibly prevent TrackMaven from pulling in the ad. If you believe this to be the case, contact support@TrackMaven.com, and we will investigate right away.
